“Thank you Sean for helping to create a perfect wedding day for us. You’re flawless approach to photography helped two very shy people feel completely comfortable in front of the camera – which is no easy task! We are over the moon with the finished images and hope to come knocking on your door when we next need some family photos”.
Aimee and Tim were married October 23rd 2010. Aimee said “We met through friends in our school years – we were friends for 10 years before we started a relationship”.
After sneaking in a mid-work flight to Sydney for a 180 minute stop-over to ask Aimee’s father for permission to marry his daughter, Tim took Aimee on a whirlwind holiday to Dubai and Italy. He proposed on a Gondola in Venice.
Set in the beautiful Ripplonlea gardens on a gorgeous day. The ceremony and Reception were both at Ripponlea Estate. We chose the venue because we loved the heritage charm of the mansion and the traditional gardens. It was the perfect blend of the elegant old Hollywood style with Spring magic.
Our flowers were designed by Kate Hill Flowers and were bouquets of multi-coloured heritage roses. We wanted an informal appeal which was reminiscent of a ‘hand-picked your grandmothers garden’ feel, but with a formal delivery of a tightly packed and perfectly shaped bouquet.
