Ebony and Umberto Tosti were married 29th October 2010 at St Ignatius Church in Richmond and their reception was at Leonda by the Yarra. We can across Leonda while checking websites and as soon as we went to check it in person we were hooked, the views and the staff were both amazing.

Ebony said “The proposal was very romantic, we were on holidays in Italy and visiting Umberto’s home town in Ascoli. He proposed on a beautiful afternoon in the middle of the piazza surrounded by about a thousand other people. He got down on one knee and I couldn’t help but cry!”

Dansk Photography were fantastic every step of the way! We have always said that you end up with your photos as your memories and we now have beautiful memories.

Oakleigh Florist did our flowers. I went in not having a clue what i wanted and on the day i had the most incredible flowers I’d ever seen. Delivered right to us on the day and were just perfect.

My dress came from Raffaele Ciuca on Sydney Rd, Brunswick, they also did the alterations and it fitted like a glove, it was actually the very first place i went !

Umberto had my engagement ring made separately but our wedding bands are both from Dwayne Designs, who also made by earring and necklace for the day. I would recommend them to anyone !

We had a traditional dance after our first dance in which we were wrapped in streamers coloured from the italian flag, it was a lot of fun.  I think the best part was when Umberto said ‘I do’ when it wasn’t time to say ‘I do’ during the ceremony. He was just so excited !
